Holding and confirming

A request holds the dates for 24 hours. Your booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 60% (at least one night) and email you a confirmation. Holds without a deposit are released automatically; nothing is owed.

Paying

A 60% non-refundable deposit by Whish confirms the stay; the balance on arrival in USD, or LBP at the day's market rate. We never ask for card details by message.

Cancelling

Full refund of the deposit if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival. After that the deposit is non-refundable. If we must cancel, you get a full refund.

Guest registration

Lebanese law requires us to register every guest with General Security. After confirmation you'll receive a secure link to upload an ID or passport for each guest. We keep these records only as long as the law requires.

During your stay

Up to 2 guests per apartment. Check-in 13:00–22:00, checkout 11:00. No parties; quiet hours after 22:00. Damage beyond normal use may be charged.
